Another Planning Application For
Land North Of School Lane

A new application (250735) has been made on the site off School Road Arborfield – this time for 70 houses. This follows on from an earlier application (242421) in 2024 on this site for 95 houses which was refused and which was not appealed. A further previous application was made in 2018.

The consultation period for comments will run until 24th April. Comments can be made on the WBC website by clicking on the link above.

The new application – apart from reducing the number of houses – seems to be very similar to the previous – rejected application. This is not a site proposed for development in the draft Local Plan.
