An appeal has been launched against WBC’s refusal of the planning application for four houses at the entrance to Barkham Manor. The original WBC application was 201292 and was for “the erection of 4 detached dwellings with detached garages and associated access and landscape works”.

A number of local residents objected to the original application and they should have been notified directly of the appeal. Residents who did not comment at the time but now wish to have their comments/objections considered by the Inspector can do so by following the procedure below.
The Appeal reference is APP/X0360/W/20/3264137. The deadline for representations to the Inspectorate is 12 February 2021.
The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations. If you wish to make comments, or modify/withdraw your previous representation, you can do so on the Planning Portal at https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk or by emailing NSI.HAS@planninginspectorate.gov.uk.
Representations submitted after the deadline will not usually be considered and will be returned. The Planning Inspectorate does not acknowledge representations. All representations must quote the appeal reference.
Please note that any representations you submit to the Planning Inspectorate will be copied to the appellant and the local planning authority and will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal.
