Development of Land at Arborfield Studios, Langley Common Road
A detailed planning application (262061) has been made for 293 dwellings two dwellings together with the retention and conversion of Langley Common Farmhouse and an outline planning application for 2 additional houses on this land. Access is proposed to be from existing roads in Arborfield Green. The consultation period will end on 27th October.
The application relates to the land at Arborfield Studios which has been included in the draft Local Plan proposing 300 houses: this should be taken in the context of the application that has already been made under application 261059 for 660 houses to the erected on the adjoining land at the back of Barkham Square.
Caravan Sites off Eversley Road
Three applications have been made for 6 caravan sites to the north west of Eversley Road – 262130, 261935 and 261991:The Consultation period ends on 7th October, 2026. These are in addition to 261394 where the consultation has ended but no decision made.
