Yesterday (5th July) we issued an alert saying the application was recommended for rejection. This was based on an email sent by WBC on Friday July 3rd. We have now discovered that WBC sent a second email that day showing the application was recommended for approval. The second email made no reference to the earlier incorrect email. We have informed the planning committee councillors of this mistake.
We apologise for any confusion. This email contains the correct version of the WBC letter.
On the 10th March this year we reported to an application on a large tract of land for outline consent for 135 houses under application 250733.
This is coming before the Wokingham Planning Committee on the 8th July with an officers’ recommendation for approval. The site was not identified for development in the draft Local Plan.
