Crest Nicholson have notified a number of local residents that they are planning to hold a pre-application public consultation on their plans to make a planning application for some 330 new dwellings on the site of Arborfield Studios on Langley Common Road. The consultation will be Wednesday 25th February between 4pm and 8pm at Arborfield Green Community Centre, Princess Marina Drive, Arborfield RG2 9NN.

Residential development on this land was envisaged in the draft Local Plan.
As usual we recommend not making any comments at this stage but keep them for when the formal application is submitted
