Loddon Garden Village
Gleeson Homes have just made an outline application (252769) for 430 houses on Newlands Farm, Mole Road adjacent to, and intended to form part of the large Hall Farm proposed development where an application that has already been made and which we commented on in our alert dated 4th November.
The site lies close to the western edge of the Coombes and proposes that up to 40% of the housing should be affordable housing.
Comments can be lodged up to the 16th January, 2026
Draft Local Plan Enquiry
This is now concluding so the next we will hear will be the Ministry’s comments on the proposals that will be put to the Borough Council.
